About me

My journey into prenatal yoga was inspired by a deep respect for the incredible transformation that happens during pregnancy. I was drawn to create a space where women feel supported not only in preparing their bodies for birth but also in nurturing their emotional and spiritual well-being. Prenatal yoga, for me, is about empowerment, connection, and compassion—guiding mothers to trust themselves and embrace this sacred chapter of life with strength and grace.

My Teaching Approach

My teaching style is rooted in the grounding principles of Hatha yoga, blended with the gentle awareness of somatic movement. I guide students to move mindfully, tuning into the subtle signals of their bodies while cultivating strength, balance, and ease. Every class is an invitation to slow down, connect with breath, and explore movement as a way of listening to and honoring the body. The result is a practice that feels both structured and intuitive—anchored in tradition, yet fluid enough to meet each student exactly where they are.

Fostering Community

I foster a sense of community by creating safe, welcoming spaces where my clients feel truly seen and valued. For me, yoga is not just about movement—it’s about connection. I invite my students to share experiences, breathe together, and reflect in ways that build trust and belonging. With my background in emotional intelligence leadership, I guide people to connect not only with themselves but also with one another, cultivating empathy, authenticity, and support. My goal is to create more than just a class—I create a community where encouragement, growth, and transformation are shared journeys.

Beyond the Physical

Beyond the physical benefits of yoga, I hope my students gain a deeper sense of self-awareness, presence, and inner calm. I want them to feel more connected to their bodies, their breath, and their intuition—learning to listen to themselves in a way that extends beyond the mat. My aim is for students to cultivate resilience, confidence, and emotional balance, so they can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and grace. Ultimately, I hope they leave each class feeling not just stronger and more flexible, but also seen, supported, and empowered—carrying a sense of mindfulness and self-compassion into every aspect of their lives.
